As a native
Arizonan, Bill has seen a tremendous amount of change and growth in the
Scottsdale community. After graduating college, obtaining a BA degree in General Studies,
Bill went on to successful careers in retail merchandising management with
May Company and charitable and community development with the Scottsdale
Foundation for the Handicapped and Homeward Bound.
In February 2001,
Bill joined in the creation of Provident Partners Mortgage. Bill envisioned a
full service mortgage company where the client would receive outstanding
customer service creating an environment of lifelong business
relationships. Company expansion based on the "One Stop Shop" concept,
included formation of full service Realty offices in Scottsdale and Munds
Park (Northern Arizona), complete Property Management services and quality
Home Inspection services. The company quickly grew to exceed $150 million is
mortgage volume in the first two years. In February 2005, Bill purchased the
entire Provident Partners
family of Companies and became President & CEO.

After 14 years in the retail industry, Robert left Corporate America in 2003 to join the Provident Partner’s team as a Loan Officer. With his extensive background in customer service he quickly learned the mortgage business and developed strong relationships with many of the industries top lenders. Johnathon
House has been a traveler to say the least, growing up in Colorado, South Dakota, and serving in the United States Air Force in Texas and Florida. He planted temporary roots in Oregon and Washington while going to school for pre-Med to find himself crossing industry lines and finishing a double major in Business Management and Informational Systems at George Fox University.
While the technology industry was struggling, he could see a need in the finance industry where he became a key player for a family owned investment strategy business developing over 10 years experience in adviceing clients and corporations to a solid investment future. All while doing this Johnathon has been in the computer
industry for almost 20 years, constantly finding new ways for technology to better his business for him and his colleagues around him.
He now serves as the IT Director for Provident Partners Companies and oversees the IT needs for all four branches. Also becoming a key Loan Speacialist in all markets specifically in Arizona and Utah. Johnathon incorporates both his technical edge and
sales abilities to bring about the most satisfying loan experience. He

A native of Silicon Valley, California, Tanya has been partnered with Provident Partners for several years now providing strategic investment advice and marketing strategies. Tanya has an MBA in Finance, former CPA and has been in the industry for over 10 years. Tanya has provided advice over the years to many investors and clientele that have afforded them the ability to retire. Tanya is a seasoned investor with a niche in the investment arena. Tanya loves her work and truly loves to identify areas that her clients can improve their overall portfolio investment returns. Tanya has been a top producer for many years topping over the 100,000,000 million dollar mark in 2005 alone! Tanya is the single mother of her beautiful young daughter Mallorie. Tanya previously was the owner of a marketing company that provided services in the automotive racing industries.
Provident Partners opened up a branch in the Lake Norman area of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Tanya and her daughter have moved out there to operate that branch. Tanya continues to service all of her clients throughout the United States regardless of their home state or the state that her client’s investments are located.
